It's possible to integrate the SecurityHive Dashboard with your Datto Autotask PSA environment. Setup Datto Autotask PSA as a notification channel to receive notifications which are created as ticket in Datto Autotaks PSA.
Prepare your Datto Autotask PSA environment
Requirements
The connection with Datto Autotask PSA needs to be configured per customer environment. In order to do so, you'll need the following properties:

Create a Datto Autotask PSA API user
To create an API user, follow the steps as described in following article: https://www.autotask.net/help/Content/4_Admin/1CompanySettings_Users/ResourcesUsersHR/Resources/API_User_Add_Edit.htm
When selecting an Integration Vendor choose SecurityHive or select Custom (Internal Integration), and enter the folllowing Tracking Identifier: F7IJ4DYDZA4NJI7DNUWFQP35TX
Connect SecurityHive with Datto Autotask PSA
As this feature is currently in BETA, you'll need to request access by contacting support.
Navigate to Organization >> Integrations >> Third-party, and click the Install button for Autotask PSA.
A new dialog will show asking for the details (requirements) as mentioned earlier in this article. Fill these fields and click Enable Integration.
The integration is now installed. You can Delete or Configure the integration. When you click Configure, you'll navigate to the following page:
You can edit the properties of the integration and view the logs of the integration. Possible errors or failures will be shown here.
Use the integration
When the integration is configured, you'll be able to select Autotask as channel for Events in Notification Center. Any notification will be created as a new ticket in Datto Autotask PSA.
