Managing your subscriptions as an indirect customer

A guide for indirect customers on managing trials and subscriptions.

Updated over a week ago

For indirect customers of our platform, managing your subscriptions is straightforward and intuitive. This guide will walk you through the steps to manage your trials and subscriptions, while keeping in mind that all billing and invoicing responsibilities lie with your parent account.

Accessing Subscription Management

  1. Click on the "Organization" tab in the platform's sidebar.

  2. Select "Billing" to access the subscription management interface.

Here, you'll find a user-friendly screen displaying each of your products as a card with relevant information.

Managing Trials and Subscriptions

  • Start a Trial: For products you haven't tried yet, you can initiate a trial by clicking "Start Trial" on the respective product card. This is a great way to test out our solutions with no upfront commitment.

  • Cancel a Trial or Subscription: If you're currently in a trial or wish to cancel an active subscription, you can do so directly from the product card. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the term, ensuring you retain access until then. Please note, all product data will be removed at the termination of the subscription.

  • Reactivating Subscriptions: For cancelled subscriptions that you wish to resume, simply click the "Reactivate" button. This action will initiate the creation of a new environment for the product, allowing you to continue where you left off, subject to new billing and data policies.

  • Viewing Subscription Details: Active subscriptions will display both the start and end dates, providing clarity on the renewal or cancellation schedule. If a subscription is set for cancellation, the end date will indicate when the service and data retention will conclude.

Parent Account Responsibilities

As an indirect customer, it's important to remember that your parent account holds full responsibility for all billing and invoicing aspects of your subscriptions. Any changes or modifications you make in the subscription management interface will be reflected under the parent account's billing.
