A walkthrough for indirect customers on starting a trial and integrating it under a parent company's subscription.

Updated over 8 months ago

If your organization operates under a parent company, such as an MSSP or distributor, your checkout process for our solutions is designed for simplicity. Here’s a concise guide on how to begin.

Step 1: Select a Trial Product

Upon completing your sign-up and email verification, you'll need to select one of our products for your trial. This choice marks your entry point into our services, focusing on a single product initially but leaving room for exploring additional options later.

Step 2: Trial Activation

Choosing a product immediately triggers the start of your trial. There's no need for a separate checkout step; you're automatically redirected to the home page to begin using the product. This direct approach helps you get started without delay.

Step 3: Subscription Management

Even though your trial subscription is automatically categorized under your parent company’s account, you retain the ability to manage your subscription settings. This flexibility means you can tailor the service to your needs without having to go through your parent company for every change.

This setup centralizes billing and administrative tasks with the parent company, simplifying the process for everyone involved.

Redirect to Home Page

After your trial begins, you'll find yourself on the home page, ready to explore and utilize the features of the selected product.

Key Information

  • Billing Managed by Parent Company: As an indirect customer, all billing and administrative details are handled by your parent company. This arrangement means you can focus on the product and its benefits.

  • Subscription Flexibility: Both you and your parent company can manage your subscription. This dual capability ensures that while the parent company oversees billing, you have control over the product's usage and configuration.
