A guide for managing subscriptions and billing in our cybersecurity platform's Billing Portal for direct customers.

The Billing Portal is a tool available to our direct customers. It serves as your central hub for managing all aspects of your subscription(s) and billing details. This article will guide you through using the Billing Portal to ensure you have full control over your subscriptions and billing preferences.

Accessing the Billing Portal

To access the Billing Portal, navigate to the "Organization" section in the sidebar of our platform and click on "Billing." A pop-up will appear, which is the Billing Portal. Here, you can view all active subscriptions, including those of any child companies under your management.

Managing Subscriptions

Within the Billing Portal, each subscription is listed for easy access. You have the flexibility to manage these subscriptions in several ways:

  • Cancel: You can cancel a subscription at any time. If the subscription is under a contract, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the contract term.

  • Reactivate: Previously cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated. Reactivating a subscription will create a new environment for the associated product.

  • Remove Scheduled Cancellation: If a subscription in a trial or contract is set to cancel but you change your mind, you can remove this scheduled cancellation, continuing the service without interruption.

Please be cautious when cancelling a subscription, as all data linked to that subscription will be permanently removed.

Managing Child Subscriptions

For customers managing subscriptions on behalf of child companies, each child subscription is identifiable by the company name, billing amount, and product details. This feature allows you to maintain oversight and control over the subscriptions of your child companies, ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met without direct intervention.

Updating Account Information

To update the main email address associated with your account, select "Account Details" within the Billing Portal. This email is crucial for account verification and communication, making it a mandatory field.

Billing and Shipping Details

By selecting "Billing & Shipping Addresses," you can update your billing email (where we send billing-related communications) and VAT number. These details are essential for accurate and timely billing processes.

Payment Methods

The "Payment Methods" section allows you to manage how you pay for your subscriptions. We support various payment methods, including credit cards and iDEAL SEPA, to accommodate your preferences.

Viewing Invoices

To review your billing history and access past invoices, click on "Billing History." This section provides a detailed record of all billing transactions, enabling you to track your expenditures and manage your financial records efficiently.
